Beta Testing

A beta tester is an individual or company that uses and evaluates a software package before it is officially released to the public. Beta testers are used to help evaluate manuals, find potential problems in software, and offer suggestions about the functionality of the product. While you are beta testing, Apteryx will provide to you all of the software and the documentation necessary to beta test the application.

As a beta tester, you will be expected to:

• Provide your opinions about the software
• Offer suggestions about features you would like to be added to the software
• Offer suggestions to improve the user experience
• Indicate any problems that you may find in the product
• Evaluate the manual, online-help and its content if available.
• Provide comments on area’s in the manual that need work or clarification

As a beta tester for Apteryx, you will be eligible for free Technical Support on the beta software products by Apteryx.
