TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST I

Job Type: Full Time
Wage/Salary: Commensurate with experience
Job Location: Akron, Ohio USA

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred. Must be familiar with current PC hardware for troubleshooting and to provide knowledgeable answers. General technical support experience a plus. Ability to learn custom software applications.

About the position:

Apteryx Inc. is looking for a talented people-person who can provide accurate, quick and thorough technical solutions for our dental and custom software customers and for our potential new customers. The successful candidate will be skillful with Windows, be familiar with various database formats, able to create/edit technical guides as well as troubleshooting and identifying potential technical support issues. Networking knowledge is a plus as well as an inherent ability to be flexible and well organized.
