Mr. Avi Naider is an investor and entrepreneur with twenty-five years of experience operating and advising growth companies in various sectors, including fintech, SAAS software and life sciences. A graduate of Princeton University, Mr. Naider began his career at Boston Consulting Group and most recently served as CEO of ARMCO, a leading provider of risk management software to major financial companies. Mr. Naider has served on various boards of public and private companies, including LOXO Oncology (LOXO), which was acquired by Eli Lilly in 2019.
Mr. Yea is currently the president of Investco Capital Management Inc., a private Vancouver-based company that invests in a diverse range of businesses and projects and advises on mergers and acquisitions, corporate and strategic issues. He is currently a director of Redhawk Resources, Inc., Magna Resources Ltd. and New Hana Copper Mining Ltd. Prior to that, he was chairman, president and chief executive officer of Toronto Stock Exchange-listed Datawest Solutions Inc., a banking technology and payment processing company, and president and CEO of a national financial services organization.
Mr. Yea was a former member of the board of governors of the Vancouver Stock Exchange, the predecessor to the TSX Venture Exchange and chaired its corporate finance committee. He was also a member of its market ethics and conduct committee, and chaired its prelisting advisory committee. In addition, Mr. Yea has served as an industry adviser to the B.C. Securities Commission’s new economy and adoption of technology (NEAT) committee on securities regulation reform for B.C.’s new economy, and more recently was a member of the faculty advisory board of the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia.
Mr. Yea has served on the boards of several public companies including chairing special board committees that oversaw privatizations and divestitures. He holds a bachelor of commerce degree from the University of British Columbia in both urban land economics and finance, was a member of the Real Estate Institute of British Columbia and of the Institute of Certified Management Consultants of British Columbia, and has lectured on various subject matters concerning the Canadian securities industry. Currently, Mr. Yea is a director of Magna Resources Ltd., Redhawk Resources Inc. and Corazon Gold Corp.

Dr. David Gane is no stranger to dental imaging. He is a passionate pioneer in the business having successfully managed the growth of the Digital Imaging division of Carestream Dental LLC during his 12 years as VP, and founded Orbit Imaging, a company that owns and operates Craniofacial imaging centers in Western Canada.
During his tenure with the Digital Imaging division of Carestream Dental LLC, (a division of Carestream Health and a business of Onex Corp (OCX.TO), Dr. Gane was a key contributor to the company’s growth to $500M in annual revenues with 1,200 employees, and products in 90% of the dental practices worldwide. His personal start up, privately-held Orbit Imaging, has locations in Newport Beach and Redlands California, as well as Vancouver and Richmond, British Columbia, and provides Cone Beam Volumetric Imaging, Digital Clinical Photography, Intraoral, Tomography, Panoramic & Cephalometric digital radiographs and other standard medical, dental and orthodontic radiographic services.
David is a member of the Canadian Dental Association, the American Dental Association and the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology, where he served as Chairman of the Corporate Liaison Committee. He has authored a number of dental imaging software applications, co-authored a number of peer reviewed academic articles, as well as a series of technique videos on digital dental imaging.
David’s background as a dental surgeon offers him unique insights into the needs of both patients and dental care practitioners. He is committed to the development and implementation of innovative technologies to improve the patient experience. He brings his drive and passion for dental technology, along with his distinctive management style to guide the success of the Company.
Joel Leetzow is the President and CEO of Cortex Business Solutions (TSXV.CBX), leading the company’s transition from a primarily Oil & Gas services company into a powerful international e-invoicing player. His leadership, strategic vision, and passion for results enable both the team and customers to achieve success. In this role, Joel is focused on advancing the development of service offerings, new market expansion, and managing key client relationships. Prior to joining Cortex, Joel led numerous other Supply Chain automation technology initiatives across North America including EVCOR, Kewill, Scancode, and Descartes Systems Group. Joel continues his immersion in technology, environmental, and educational causes and pursues opportunities within the community to cultivate innovation that contributes to a better society. Mr. Leetzow is a director of Cortex Business Solutions.

George Reznik is the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of Intrinsyc Technologies Corporation. Mr. Reznik has more than twenty-five years of experience in executive finance and operations roles with the last twenty years spent at rapidly growing public companies in the high technology industry. He has extensive expertise in international corporate finance, strategic business planning, mergers and acquisitions, business restructuring and growth management, investor relations, and operational management in addition to public company reporting. Prior to joining Intrinsyc, Mr. Reznik was CFO of DDS Wireless in which he was instrumental in execution of a high growth strategic acquisition strategy that doubled revenues with strong profitability in addition to having formerly been the CFO and Chief Operating Officer of Infowave Software, and the Vice President of Finance at Pivotal Corporation where he played a leadership role through its IPO on Nasdaq and its subsequent rapid business growth. Mr. Reznik previously was the Corporate Finance Valuation Practice Leader of Deloitte and was with the firm for over twelve years primarily based in Canada and the UK. Mr. Reznik is a Chartered Professional Accountant – Chartered Accountant (CPA, CA), a Chartered Business Valuator (CBV), a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) degree from the University of Manitoba. He is the Chair of the BC Tech Association CFO Council and was the recipient of the BC Public Company CFO of the Year award in 2017.
Alexandre Ryzhikov, CFA
Mr. Ryzhikov joined Ewing Morris & Co. Investment Partners in May 2014 and is responsible for portfolio management and investment research, while also contributing to investor relationships and general operations. Prior to his current role, he worked as an Investment Analyst at Burgundy Asset Management where he was part of the U.S. Large Cap team. Mr. Ryzhikov graduated with distinction from Concordia University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and a Minor in Finance. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology and Immunology from McGill University. At Concordia, he was part of the Kenneth Woods Portfolio Management and John Molson Case Competition programs. As part of the John Molson Case Competition Program, he won multiple awards in national and international business case competitions.
Dr. Lou Shuman
Lou Shuman, DMD, CAGS, is the president and CEO of Cellerant Consulting Group, dentistry’s leading incubator and accelerator. Cellerant services clients that range from venture-funded startups, Fortune 500 dental industry companies, and dental industry associations (such as the ADA). Dr. Shuman is a graduate of Boston University School of Dental Medicine with a specialty in orthodontics. He is a recognized key opinion leader in the fields of dental technology and digital marketing and holds clinical advisory and editorial positions with the dental industry’s leading publications, including Dentistry Today, Dental Economics, Inside Dentistry, Dental Products Report, Orthodontic Practice US, Seattle Sleep Education LLC, and Dental Sleep Practice. He authors national columns for Dental Products Report and Dental Economics and is on the boards of the Foundation for Airway Health and the Dental Assisting National Board. Prior to starting Cellerant, Dr. Shuman was president of Pride Institute and Vice President of Clinical Education and Strategic Relations at Align Technology. He is also the co-founder of a new venture-funded technology company, LightForce Orthodontics.
